​Kayo is proud to bring our adrenaline-packed line of pit bikes to riders across the USA! From 60cc to 140cc, our lineup is designed for everything from backyard sessions to full-throttle track days. Pit bike riding is in our blood—we’ve been building these machines since 1999, and it shows.

For 2025, we’re raising the bar by introducing Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) to many of our most popular models. EFI means quicker starts, smoother throttle response, and improved performance—offering riders even more reliability, control, and value.

Step up the off-road excitement with the capable TS90 dirt bike. Powered by a responsive 86cc SOHC 4-stroke engine with a reliable carburetor and CDI ignition, it delivers smooth and manageable performance on the trails. The semi-automatic four-speed transmission (N-1-2-3-4) allows growing riders to learn gear shifting without the worry of a manual clutch, while front and rear hydraulic brakes provide precise and confident stopping power in any condition.

Built to withstand trail adventures, it features a tough single-beam steel frame, a durable chain final drive, and a generous 7.0 inches of ground clearance. With a lightweight 138.8-pound curb weight, a staggered dirt-gripping tire setup (12-inch front, 10-inch rear), and an accessible 24.6-inch seat height, the TS90 is the perfect transitional bike for young riders ready to take their off-road skills to the next level.
