2017 Trinity Composites SXR Evo Pro

The Evo Pro is based on the SXR hull and offers a weight reduction of 90lbs which puts this hull in a class all of it's own.

An extremely responsive and stable platform in the "Pro" configuration. The Evo Pro is an exciting experience in the surf and flat water. The tray offers maximum area for the needed footwork and added balance.

The Pro Version has unsurpassed strength and durability due to it's "no compromise" construction.

Our hulls are professionally handcrafted and will receive all OEM SXR components. This leaves the customer with exceptional ease of assembly.

Our EVO Pro hull construction process comes from our extensive knowledge in aerospace technology. We start with an epoxy primer providing a light and fracture resistant surface. Next we precisely laminate our hull.

A combination of carbon fiber and kevlar fabrics are placed in molds engineered exactly to specifications. Composite fabrics are infused with aerospace grade high temperature epoxy resin. This resin provides a higher tensile strength than any other available today. The final step in lamination is to vacuum bag our components.This provides laminate consolidation resulting in a lighter and stronger product.

Once the components are fully cured they are removed from the mold and inspected. Satisfied with the quality, the components are then glued together with the best methacrylate structural adhesive and secured with quality hardware. Using this controlled process we are able to ensure that every EVO hull is of the same caliber as the next.

Standard hull configuration includes mounting components required for SXR stock water box and tank. Hull can be built for Kawasaki 800cc or 1100cc.
