As always, Guys Outdoor never disappoints. Always willing to make the 7 hour drive because we know our sleds will be taken care of properly. My husband's sled had this horrible vibration...Guys Outdoor was willing to do the research and get the problem resolved after 3 other local dealers took one look and said they couldn't figure it out, and one of them even charged us to have another warranty issue done. All the staff is friendly and great to work with...they have earned us as loyal customers!!
