I had an issue with the engine of my 2018 SKS 146 bogging throughout the whole power band. I exhausted every thing I knew to look at. I took the sled to the service department at Guys Outdoor Motorsports & Marine. I met and explained the problem with Mike. I came to understand it was Sam ( I believe House) the technician that actually trouble shot and found the problem with my sled. Through out the trouble shooting, I was kept informed of the progress which I very much appreciated. Sam had no fault code to work with so he used his experience and knowledge and determined the Throttle Position Sensor was out of adjustment. He made the appropriate adjustments and I received the call from Mike that it was done. I took the sled up to some rideable snow above Elk River, Id and to my excitement and pleasure the sled would now go from Idle to 8250 RPM and hold there until I ran out of real-estate. A sled that is not rideable at the end of winter is very frustrating; to know I have a local service department that can actually find a problem and fix it is a great feeling.
